Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless and connectivity brand. Independent contractor status, flexible hours, and immediate start dates upon certification.

Store visits are one hour and scheduled twice per month, with total counts varying by market. You will ensure product quality, elevate brand visibility, and maintain a strong brand presence across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and highly professional.
• Tech-savvy with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
