Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits as a 1099 independent contractor for a leading wireless/ connectivity brand.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, about one hour each, with immediate start dates available upon certification. You will use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos, supporting enhanced brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality.
• High attention to detail, professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail audits & quality control: evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Visit execution: initial audit, follow-ups to resolve issues, then visual merchandising as needed.
• Display & merchandising fixes: assist staff in resolving display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & reporting: use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit data/photos.
