Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits and merchandising for a wireless/connectivity brand. You will travel to local stores, perform audits, and ensure product quality, acting as the liaison between brand and retailers.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each; flexible, supplemental income with immediate start after certification. Independent contractor role with the ThirdChannel app for reporting.

Qualifications

• Friendly and engaging personality with strong relationship skills.
• High attention to detail, professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to local stores.
• Own a smartphone or tablet with internet connectivity.
• Experience in wireless/telecom or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Perform audits and follow-up visits to resolve issues and enhance displays.
• Assist staff with merchandise fixes on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys and submit data.
