Altar’d State is hiring a Brand Representative at our Toledo, OH location. You will drive revenue by delivering exceptional guest experiences, sharing product knowledge, and keeping a clean, well-organized store environment.

You will help build guest loyalty through relationship building and outstanding service. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, locating merchandise, handling register transactions accurately, and supporting loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store procedures with a guest-focused approach.
• Locate merchandise and maintain organization.
• Process register transactions accurately and handle cash.
• Adhere to loss prevention and protect company assets.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards.
• Assist in store inventory preparation.
• Provide excellent guest service and build guest loyalty.
