Altar’d State in Columbus, OH is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to drive sales through guest engagement, product knowledge, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You will open/close the store, handle transactions, stock merchandise, and contribute to a positive team culture while meeting individual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Brand Representatives must be at least 18 years of age
• Physical ability to perform tasks including prolonged standing, reaching, kneeling, and occasional climbing
• Able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and building relationships, driving revenue and achieving sales goals
• Complete opening/closing procedures and store tasks with a guest-focused mindset
• Maintain merchandise organization, process transactions accurately, and adhere to loss prevention practices
• Represent the brand with appropriate dress and grooming standards and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment
