Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/connected devices brand. You will serve as a liaison between the brand and retailers, conducting twice-monthly 1-hour store visits across markets.

Independent contractor position with immediate start dates after certification, flexible scheduling, and incentives for travel.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, visibility, and store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Each initial visit begins with an audit, followed by follow-up visits and then visual merchandising.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
