Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and QA visits for a leading wireless/ connectivity brand. Independent contractor (1099) position with flexible scheduling and immediate start dates upon certification.

Visits are one hour each, twice per month, with compensation of $24 per hour based on experience and market conditions. You will use the ThirdChannel App for reporting and gallery uploads to ensure quality and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Visit Execution: Initial audit followed by follow-up visits and visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data and photos.
