Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will serve as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing audits, ensuring product quality, and elevating the brand experience through monthly visits.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, each lasting one hour, with flexible, part-time hours and immediate starts upon certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate presentation and visibility.
• Visit Execution: Start with an audit, follow up visits, and progress to visual merchandising.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data.
