Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will serve as the liaison between the brand and retail environments, performing scheduled audits, ensuring product quality, and elevating the brand experience.

Store visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with immediate start dates after certification.

Qualifications

• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Tech-savvy with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store audits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Perform recurring visits and follow-up to resolve issues.
• Assist with visual merchandising and display fixes.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos.
• Coordinate scheduling with store management and ensure timely reports.
