Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store wireless audits, merchandising, and quality-control visits for a leading brand. You will act as liaison between the brand and store environments, performing recurring in-store audits, ensuring product quality, and elevating the brand experience.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each, with flexibility and immediate start dates after certification.

Qualifications

• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Tech-savvy with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: execute structured store visits to evaluate presentation and conditions.
• Visit Execution: audits followed by issue resolution and visual merchandising progression.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: assist staff with brand/display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and upload data/photos.
