Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing regular site visits, ensuring product quality, and elevating the brand presence.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each, with flexibility and immediate start dates upon certification.

Qualifications

• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Experience in wireless/telecom/consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfort with mobile reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Begin with an audit, follow up to resolve issues, and transition to visual merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits and submit real-time data and photos.
