Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality checks for a wireless brand. This 1099 independent contractor role supports multiple stores with flexible scheduling.

Visits are scheduled twice per month and last about one hour each, with immediate start dates upon certification. You will help maintain brand visibility and product quality across assigned locations while reporting via mobile tools.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, then follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
