Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless/connectivity brand. You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits, ensuring product quality, and elevating the brand experience.

Visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour each, with immediate start dates upon certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with mobile reporting skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local stores.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Brand Rep Certification must be completed before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Each initial visit begins with an audit, moves into follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
