Job summary

Shambaugh & Son L.P. in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks a Marketing Specialist for a 1–6 month assignment to support a brand refresh and file migration by converting and updating marketing collateral.

You will reformat, relink assets, and ensure typography consistency using InDesign, Illustrator, and the rest of the Adobe Creative Cloud; strong eye for detail required; this role is onsite and involves high-volume processing.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign (expert level) for layout and preflight.
• 2+ years of marketing graphic layout and production design experience.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and Creative Cloud.
• Excellent attention to detail, typography, and proofreading.
• Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive conversion tasks accurately.
• Regular, reliable attendance with flexibility for extended hours/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Convert and migrate marketing collateral into updated brand formats.
• Re-layout text, update typography, relink assets in InDesign.
• Manage file conversions and ensure ready-for-production outputs.
• Conduct quality checks for brand guideline adherence and asset optimization.
• Tag, organize, and archive final documents.
• Support the Marketing Team as needed.
