1 Source Bpo is seeking a brand and marketing designer who thrives on turning loose briefs into polished, on-brand visuals using Photoshop and InDesign. You’ll interpret goals, propose direction, and execute with minimal oversight for a US audience.

The role emphasizes designing for US-based brands, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering production-ready files. Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign is required, with Illustrator a plus and remote-ready setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a creative/graphic designer who originates concepts, not just executes them.
• Portfolio should show a range of thinking, not just polish.
• Experience designing for US-based brands or clients preferred; reflect US market sensibility (clean, purposeful, audience-first).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is required.
• Working knowledge of Illustrator is a plus.
• Digital/social media design skills are strongly preferred.
• Strong point of view on layout, typography, color, and what lands with a target audience.
• Ability to work independently, proposing ideas and making creative decisions with minimal oversight.
• Reliable remote setup: stable internet, own equipment, Adobe suite.
• Clear English communication, dependable and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Originate creative concepts from a business need or loose brief — propose idea and direction.
• Design and produce marketing materials in Photoshop and InDesign
• Prepare clean, accurate, production-ready files
• Edit and retouch images to a professional standard
• Maintain visual consistency across all materials per brand guidelines
• Manage multiple projects at once, prioritize, and hit deadlines
• Incorporate feedback and turn around revisions quickly
• Create digital/social graphics — posts, stories, ads, banners (preferred)
