Overview

As Brand Project Manager at Adrenaline, you’ll provide brand and administrative support to the Creative Project Management team in a mix of digital and traditional projects. Project Management is the key link between Account, Strategy, Creative, Digital and Retail. You’ll facilitate integration and communication, manage projects through their respective lifecycles, and translate briefs from vision into reality. Working with the Resource Manager, you will align the appropriate resources for each project, proactively assess projects in order to identify obstacles, as well as brainstorm and implement appropriate solutions.



Responsibilities


  • Determine and define project scope and objectives, in conjunction with the Account team.

  • Prepare budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements.

  • Develop detailed project plan to track progress.

  • Manage project scope and assigned resources, monitoring progress against project plans.

  • Assist in the coordination, assignment and briefing of internal and external resources including Creative, Strategy, Production and freelancers where appropriate.

  • Prepare weekly traffic and status reports as well as schedules, project progress reports, and any other materials for internal meetings.

  • Ensure that assets for each project are properly managed and archived on SharePoint.

  • Ensure feedback is routed and clearly communicated between teams; responsible for ensuring all teams are clear on their assignment, deliverables and priorities.

  • Coordinate the build of all creative decks for client presentations, ensuring content is complete, proofread and locked in a timely manner in advance of client meetings.

  • Gather a thorough understanding of the process involved in any given project and take necessary and proactive action when obstacles arise.

  • Manage vendor contracts and budgets, tracking vendor invoices and managing Purchase Orders.

  • Provide direction and support to project team members, tracking deliverables and progress, while monitoring changes to the project scope and timelines, logging and escalating issues to management as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional resources to identify and resolve roadblocks, ensuring on-time delivery of projects.

  • Work closely with Accounting and the Account Management team on the creation of new projects, inclusive of job number requests and the set-up of SharePoint folder structure.

  • Regularly monitor project workstreams, keeping track of timelines, budgets, margins and burn reports and alerting the Creative Project Management team of any potential risks.

  • Capture and record meeting notes and ensure action items are completed promptly.

  • Work closely with the account leads to remain in full communication on the status and details of each project, including any cost or timing issues that may arise.



Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in Brand project management.

  • Experience in managing multiple projects, and in working cross-functionally.

  • Creative thinker and analytical problem solver.

  • Must be organized, detail oriented and a good multi-tasker.

  • Ability to engage with colleagues of all levels, across various departments.

  • Strong knowledge of interactive media, creative, and/or analytics a plus.
