Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Brand Producer to join the Link brand team as an individual contributor. You will own the full scope of creative operations end-to-end, leading brand program management and production across consumer brand Link.

You will collaborate with the Link Creative Director, manage multiple projects, evolve design systems, and ensure high-quality output while maintaining process rigor and schedule discipline.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in similar roles and industries.
• Strong strategic acumen for developing complex program roadmaps and cross-functional processes.
• Operate budgets, resourcing, and program rhythm with a clear point of view.
• Strong design sense with production experience across brand systems, web, motion, and emails.
• Experience using AI tooling in day-to-day production and implementing AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Link brand program management including roadmap development, budget oversight, and project scoping, timelines, and resourcing.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent projects across surfaces (creative strategy, web, digital, social, brand systems, campaigns, email).
• Scale and evolve Link brand design systems in partnership with the Link Creative Director; refine processes to reduce friction.
• Partner with XFN Design teams to ensure alignment and integration of design systems.
• Drive clarity with leadership, creatives, XFN partners, and external agencies.
