Job summary

Kura Sushi USA in Irvine, CA is seeking a Graphic & Production Designer to develop visual communications that support brand campaigns, promotions, licensing collaborations, restaurant marketing initiatives, and guest experience touchpoints.

This role is responsible for both creative design and production execution across digital, print, environmental, and in-restaurant channels while maintaining brand consistency and production excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of graphic design, production design, or creative services experience, preferably supporting restaurant, hospitality, retail, consumer brand, or agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for brand campaigns, promotions, openings, PR initiatives, loyalty programs, and licensing collaborations.
• Develop visual systems and assets that communicate brand messaging and align with visual identity.
• Prepare files for print and digital production with accurate specs and color.
• Ensure assets reflect brand standards across guest-facing touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute designs per brand guidelines and campaign direction.
• Translate business objectives into effective visual communications and creative solutions.
• Adapt concepts into multiple formats and sizes while maintaining visual integrity.
• Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and final production files.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in quality checks and proofing of print and digital deliverables.
• Support photoshoots, mockups, and presentation decks as needed.
• Work with Brand lead and Promotions & licensing manager to meet deadlines, objectives, and budget.
