Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience as a visual designer at agencies, studios, on an in-house team, or freelancing.
Ability to build and flex between dynamic visual identity systems.
Fluency in the Adobe suite, Figma, and Canva.
Working knowledge of Asana, Google apps and Office.
Motivated and proactive working style with momentum.
Interest in social media and digital touchpoints incl. Instagram and TikTok.
Experience with copywriters and other creatives.
Aware of AI capabilities for time-saving design workflows.
Ability to illustrate and animate; After Effects and Procreate a plus.

Responsibilities

Digital Content — Concept, Art Direct and Execute Organic Social and Partnerships Templates + Creative across media.
Digital Marketing — Execute ongoing campaigns and pre-opening digital assets; scale art direction.
Collateral — Concept, art direct and execute sales materials and templates.
Ongoing Design Execution — Internal materials, templates, OS&E and merch; respond to briefs from concept to completion.
Ongoing Brand Upkeep — curate imagery/video libraries and support shoots.
