In-N-Out Burger in Irvine, CA is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer I to support the creative team by executing design solutions that follow established brand guidelines and build foundational skills in the company’s identity and design standards.

The role collaborates with project managers and social/digital coordinators on a range of assets including social posts, digital ads, web banners, emails, flyers, and event materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Up to 2 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio.
• Experience with social media graphics, digital design, and print materials.

Responsibilities

• Execute design solutions for smaller-scale projects including social media posts, digital ads, web banners, emails, flyers, event materials, and in-store campaigns.
• Adapt and version existing creative assets for cohesion across formats and platforms.
• Edit and retouch photos to meet project specs and quality standards.
• Prepare production files and create editable templates to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to fulfill design requests for promotions and merchandise.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh perspectives.
