Job summary

You'll move between projects with strong design sensibility and precise execution, handling production-ready files, dielines, and collaborations with internal teams and external vendors to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience with exposure to packaging and/or ecommerce content.
• Strong general design skills and an eye for brand consistency across varied formats.
• Experience developing creative concepts for style guides, brand refreshes, or sub-brands/subcollections.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong presentation design skills, with the ability to build polished, visually compelling decks.
• Familiarity with preparing imagery and assets for ecommerce platforms and online retailers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with speed and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and file management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt visual assets across formats and channels (packaging, ecommerce, marketing collateral, digital assets).
• Develop concepts for style guides, brand refreshes, and subcollections.
• Evolve packaging artwork in line with brand guidelines across product lines.
• Prepare production-ready files with correct dielines and regulatory requirements for packaging.
• Create and retouch product imagery and digital assets for ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, D2C).
• Design presentations and visual decks to communicate concepts, brand direction, and updates.
• Contribute to broader brand and marketing design needs, applying strong visual judgment.
• Maintain organized file structures, version control and documentation throughout design process.
• Ensure consistent quality and adherence to brand standards across deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support timelines.
• Perform prepress checks and ensure packaging files are print-ready.
