Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of branding and marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data-driven financial and sales analysis.
• Strong market and consumer insight; ability to interpret consumer trends.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual: English required; Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support brand management and strategic communication direction.
• Assist in new product development and manage the launch process.
• Manage PLM activities including SKU management and product specs.
• Conduct market research and consumer insight analysis.
• Perform data analysis on sales and profitability using Excel and internal systems (BW, SAP, Circana/Tableau).
• Support development and review of annual and long-term marketing plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication for launches and follow-ups.
• Prepare reports and presentations for strategy and performance reviews.
