Job summary

Nongshim USA is hiring an Accounting Associate in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The role supports monthly closings, financial reporting to leadership and Korea headquarters, and maintaining accurate records using SAP and standard office software.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent experience, up to 3 years in accounting, and strong English communication skills; Korean is a plus. Fully on-site in California with comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
• 0-3 years’ experience in the Accounting field preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Korean language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and report accounting data with the accounting department.
• Perform monthly closing activities.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports for senior leadership and Korea headquarters.
• Utilize bookkeeping software including SAP and enter data into company files/databases.
• Ensure company bills are paid and financial records are accurate.
• Implement and enforce financial and inventory controls.
• Stay current on relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
