Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
• Experience with brand approvals and product development processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Review merchandise samples and concept designs to ensure brand requirements are met prior to submission and process within 1-2 business days.
• Maintain detailed records across multiple systems, including Bioworld PLM and licensor/client systems.
• Maintain and develop licensor-specific SOPs, brand guidelines, and approval requirements to support consistent processes across teams.
• Work cross-functionally with Production, Sales, Design, and Operations to ensure products receive required approvals and ship to retailers on time.
• Execute new licensor/client setup and onboarding processes, ensuring internal teams understand requirements, systems, and approval procedures.
• Identify workflow challenges and partner with the Brand Manager to develop more efficient processes and solutions.
• Utilize approved AI and digital tools where appropriate to improve organization, research, reporting, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
• Prepare for weekly retailer On Order meetings and follow up on action items to support on-time product delivery and Sales team needs.
• Partner with Design on brand guidelines, creative timelines, project requests, artwork assets, and packaging requirements.
• Partner with Production to ensure packaging, copyright/legal lines, product quality, approvals, and deadlines meet licensor requirements.
• Create training materials, placement reports, presentations, business updates, and other internal resources as needed.
• Provide timely support to internal teams and respond to requests within a 24-hour timeframe.
