Job summary

The Los Angeles Lakers are seeking a Photographer/Digital Assets Manager in El Segundo to capture and manage the team’s visual stories across marketing, social and cross‑functional teams. You will tag, archive, and distribute photo assets, ensuring timely access to high‑quality imagery that reflects the Lakers brand.

Requires strong creative instincts, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom), with live sports photography experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years as a photographer in a collaborative environment.
• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience overseeing junior staff.
• Strong live sports photography experience and ability to direct shoots.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all photography needs for the organization.
• Photograph home games, practices, photoshoots and events.
• Fulfill internal and external photo requests.
• Collaborate with Marketing to select images and archive for use.
• Catalog and tag images; manage the team’s photo library for easy retrieval.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams to meet visual goals.
• Collaborate with Creative Team on season brand direction.
