Job summary

The Los Angeles Lakers in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing to lead the strategy, day-to-day management, and optimization of key digital channels including email, web, and the Lakers mobile app.

You will serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams, external vendors, and league partners to ensure initiatives are executed accurately and drive fan engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field; advanced and continuing education preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years in marketing, minimum 3 years in digital, product or e-commerce marketing
• Minimum 2 years people management experience
• Proven success launching and implementing digital marketing initiatives for high-profile global brands
• Experience in A/B and multivariate testing

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital marketing calendar, including campaign assignments, deployment schedules, builds, testing, approvals, and sends across digital platforms
• Lead UX design for all digital platforms following business direction to drive revenue and profitability, coordinating with creative teams to align strategy with visual experience
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to support business needs and drive revenue
• Manage daily content updates across Lakers.com including publishing and editing articles, press releases, videos, and roster information
• Coordinate roster updates across Lakers.com and league-managed platforms, including preparing player assets and updating on platform
• Support sponsor programming and ensure marketing assets align with Lakers brand
