Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with GPA minimum, and 15+ years in copywriting across brand and performance marketing.
• 5+ years leading writers, managing editorial workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with digital marketing channels including paid media, web, email, and CRM.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital best practices to improve copy effectiveness.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand and performance copy across campaigns, channels, business segments, and touchpoints.
• Develop narratives balancing emotional storytelling with technical accuracy and conversion-driven clarity.
• Ensure copy reinforces Lutron’s position and identity and adapts across platforms.
• Oversee copy across the full customer journey, including campaigns and paid media.
• Establish A/B testing, performance measurement, and continuous optimization of copy.
