PIMIENTO ENTERTAINMENT is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic brand collaborations for its artist roster. This full-time, remote role will prospect, pitch, and negotiate partnerships while overseeing campaign execution and alignment with long-term brand goals.
You will collaborate with artist management, marketing, and creative teams, track performance metrics, and provide insights to inform strategy in music and entertainment branding.
PIMIENTO ENTERTAINMENT is a boutique artist management company with an active presence in Miami and Los Angeles, two major global hubs for culture and creative innovation. The company represents a select roster of artists who are focused on elevating their craft and building long-term, sustainable careers. Founded by Felipe Pimiento, a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in music, live entertainment, and brand strategy, the company specializes in architecting global brands rather than simply managing careers. PIMIENTO ENTERTAINMENT helps artists shape their narrative, expand into new markets, and monetize their name, image, and art across tours, brand collaborations, visual campaigns, and intellectual property.
The Brand Partnerships Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic brand collaborations for PIMIENTO ENTERTAINMENT’s artist roster. This role involves prospecting and pitching brand partners, creating compelling partnership proposals, and negotiating mutually beneficial deals. The manager will oversee the execution of campaigns, coordinate with brands and internal stakeholders, and ensure deliverables align with artist positioning and long-term brand goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing partner relationships, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports and insights, and staying current on industry trends across music, entertainment, and marketing. The role also requires close collaboration with artist management, marketing, and creative teams to integrate brand partnerships seamlessly into overall career and brand strategies.
