• 3+ years of experience managing or supporting brand partnerships.
• Highly organized with decks, trackers, and processes that create clarity.
• Strong interest in brand marketing and pop culture trends.
• Ability to work across teams on time-sensitive programs.
• Clear, concise communication tailored to the audience.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute across active brand partnership and sponsorship programs, owning timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as a point of contact for partners across active programs, building relationships.
• Be on-site at partnership activations when needed, ensuring Bloom's brand standards.
• Manage Bloom's inbound partnership pipeline, screening opportunities and brand-fit.
• Assist in outbound opportunities within priority categories.
• Brief internal stakeholders on timelines and requirements for cohesive amplification.
• Coordinate approvals, creative/assets, product requests, and logistics across teams.
• Own the partnerships calendar and link partnerships to campaigns and moments.
• Maintain budgets and contracts in collaboration with legal and finance.
