We're seeking a talented Brand Partnerships Director to join our team and lead innovative advertising solutions in gaming.

As our Brand Partnerships Director, you will establish and manage strategic alliances with top brands and agencies, connecting them with AAA gamers worldwide.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Drive revenue by addressing client and partner agency challenges proactively.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior marketers and agencies, offering strategic media solutions, campaign goals, learning agendas, buy models, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to structure and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for each account to maximize relationship growth and value.
  • Provide excellent sales and operational customer service to clients.
  • Create and maintain best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery.
  • Establish metrics to track account growth and performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations based on market trends and case studies.
  • Manage planning and agendas for senior client meetings, ensuring key materials and actions are prepared.
  • Keep clients informed about Overwolf’s products and educate them on best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their development.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media sales, focusing on Brand Partnerships.
  • Proven success in developing and expanding client and agency relationships, exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of self-serve platforms, auctions, and digital advertising procurement methods.
  • Strong understanding of the video game ecosystem and a passion for gaming.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinker with strategic vision.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Enthusiastic about building initiatives from the ground up.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
