Job summary

Clutch Creative seeks a creative Graphic Designer with a core focus on Packaging and Marketing design in Cincinnati. You will lead visual design for product packaging, advertising, and marketing collateral while applying mid-level UI design skills to support digital products and web touchpoints.

Collaborate with Art Directors, Writers, Product Designers, and Engineers to translate brand guidelines into high-impact physical packaging and engaging marketing assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of professional design experience with packaging, print marketing, and digital UI deliverables.
• Bonus if you have UX/UI experience.

Responsibilities

• Packaging & Marketing Design (Core Focus).
• Packaging & Collateral: Conceptualize, layout, and produce artwork for product packaging, promotional displays, advertising materials, and print/digital marketing collateral.
• Visual Identity: Build strong market awareness through color palettes, typography, imagery, and cohesive brand presence.
• Print Production & QA: Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with print vendors for color accuracy and production quality.
• Brand Compliance: Enforce brand guidelines across all packaging and marketing touchpoints.
• Cross-Team Integration: Collaborate with writers, art directors, designers, and developers.
• Process Improvement: Lead design practices and communicate with project stakeholders.
