Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in Brand Operations or related fields.
• Experience in consumer brands, entertainment, or high-growth startups preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, tasks, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ClickUp, Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Canva, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Brand Operations across calendars and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Creative, Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
• Prepare agendas, notes, and action items for meetings and reviews.
• Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and SOPs.
• Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements.
