Job summary

Sesh is seeking a Junior Brand & Motion Designer to own the execution of paid advertising creative across Meta, X, streaming platforms, and other digital channels. You'll create static and motion assets, iterate on high‑performing campaigns, and help scale production while preserving a premium brand standard.

You will work independently with multiple projects, collaborating closely with the Senior Brand Designer, Social Media Director, Digital Media Buyers, and contract designers to multiply

Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic design experience.
• 2+ years of motion design experience.
• Strong portfolio with static and motion work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong typography, composition, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Design static and motion ads for Meta, X, and streaming platforms.
• Adapt campaigns to multiple sizes and formats.
• Create variations for A/B testing and optimization.
• Prepare assets per platform specifications.
• Collaborate with designers and contract designers to scale output.
• Organize project files and contribute in reviews.
