• 5+ years of brand, graphic, or motion design experience.
• Portfolio showing strong static and motion work.
• Proficient with industry tools; Lottie or Rive a plus.
• Fast, self-directed, and able to ship weekly.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing creative across web, social, and paid channels.
• Turn Reevo's UI and features into clear motion and product moments.
• Adapt assets for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and websites.
• Move from brief to first cut in days, iterating on feedback.
• Keep the brand consistent within the Reevo system and templates.
• Build reusable motion assets and asset libraries to speed up production.
• Incorporate AI tools to accelerate generation, editing, and iteration.
