Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to drive in-store execution for iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy!. You’ll visit stores, stock shelves, set up displays, and place orders via iPad/Salesforce to keep products in stock.

Must be able to lift and move products and work weekends as needed. Richmond, CA area with secondary locations including Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient field coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights and issues to RTM/management.
• Stay safe and compliant in a physical retail environment.
