Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser for Watertown, SD. You will stock PepsiCo products in local stores, rotate stock for freshness, and move products from backroom to sales floor.

Build displays and set up promotions while collaborating with store teams to ensure optimal shelf presence. You’ll be on the go throughout the shift, lifting cases up to 45 pounds, driving to multiple locations, and working a Tuesday–Saturday schedule starting at 5am.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires lifting 20–45 lb per case repeatedly over a 10–12 hour shift (with or without accommodation)
• Position may require working holidays

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness and in-stock conditions
• Move product from backroom to sales floor and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records
