Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandise Associate in Fargo, ND to stock shelves, coolers, and displays, ensuring fresh products and proper labeling. You will move stock from backrooms, rotate items, and set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.

You will partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and maintain accurate daily records. This role involves lifting up to 45 pounds and working various days, including Sundays.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Ability to lift, load, push and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
