Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, coolers, and displays in local Seattle-area stores. You will rotate products, maintain shelf freshness, and build promotional displays to support national and local campaigns.

The role requires driving to multiple locations, a valid license, and physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Training is provided, with opportunities for long-term growth within PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly over a 10–12 hour work period.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor; organize stock and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
