Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a merchandise associate in Oshkosh, WI to stock and rotate PepsiCo products across local stores. You will maintain shelves, coolers and displays, ensuring in‑stock conditions and product freshness throughout the shift.

The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases, driving between locations, and collaborating with store staff to execute promotions and planograms during Saturday to Wednesday shifts with a 6am start and 3pm end time.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Will drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
• May require working holidays.
• Lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10–12 hour shifts.
• Bending, reaching and squatting as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and keep a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided).
