Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Indianapolis is seeking a Merchandiser to manage product presentation and shelf strategies at our customer retail locations. You will service multiple accounts, follow planograms, and communicate with store management and cross-functional teams.

The role requires ability to move and display products, build POS materials, and maintain back room organization. A valid in-state driver’s license and reliable performance are essential.

Qualifications

• Effective communication including listening, speaking, writing
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly)
• Able to work reliably and independently with little supervision
• Demonstrates critical thinking and adaptability
• Company provided cell phone for work communications

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs
• Moves product from backroom to display areas
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates Fastlane merchandisers; ensures vendor readiness
• Organizes back room, stacks products by package and flavor, returns damaged/dated stock to the branch
• Maintains customer relations with store personnel through follow-ups, pricing, programs, and opportunities
