Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Whitestown, IN is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer locations, follow planograms, and maintain multiple bulk accounts with safe handling and quality guidelines.

You will move products from backroom to display, support promotions, and build solid relationships with store personnel while following procedures and ensuring timely merchandising.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to meet diverse customer needs.
• Willing to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Company provided cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandize and rotate products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Move products from backroom to display.
• Create and place point-of-sale materials; rotate and check vendor operations.
• Organize back room and manage pallets, shells, damaged/outdated items.
• Maintain relationships with store personnel through follow-up and pricing discussions.
