Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build displays in assigned accounts. You will support sales consultants with merchandising activities while following retailer requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Follow established merchandising processes for each retailer and supplier requirements.
• Ensure POS materials are placed on shelves and displays.
• Rotate products to maximize sell-through and freshness.
• Build and install displays; coordinate timing and location with sales teams.
• Stock shelves and displays to optimize product visibility.
• Coordinate and assist with product resets as needed.
• Maintain rapport with key accounts and communicate feedback.
