Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks an Independent Retail Merchandiser to creatively showcase our brands by building displays, stocking shelves, and managing product placement at customer locations with a personal vehicle. You will develop strong account relationships, share market feedback with the sales team, and learn beer, wine, and spirits knowledge while ensuring safe handling of beverages.

This role requires 21+ years, a HS diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 45–65

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply and have a valid driver's license.
• Possess top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 45-65 pounds and work occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking, rotating shelves, building displays, and managing POS material.
• Build rapport with key accounts and relay feedback to sales teams to identify opportunities and out-of-stocks.
• Learn beer, wine and/or spirits knowledge and handle beverage products safely while interacting with the public.
