Job summary

SOLV in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Graphic Designer to transform ideas into brand-right visuals for merchandise, apparel and campaigns. You will work closely with our Marketing & Creative Director and Sales teams to elevate customer presentations and create production-ready artwork.

You should have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), a sharp eye for typography and layout, and a curiosity for apparel and packaging trends.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing concept development and brand thinking.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Attention to typography, layout, color and brand consistency.
• Curiosity about apparel, merchandise and production methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for branded merchandise, apparel, kits, events and other brand experiences.
• Create customer-facing decks, presentations, mockups and visuals to bring ideas to life.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Coordinators to push ideas beyond a logo on a product.
• Explore decoration, placement, color, packaging and other details for final products.
• Support marketing with campaign creative, collateral, social and email materials.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and adapt for print, apparel, packaging and digital.
• Incorporate feedback and project requirements into refined artwork.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure ideas are production-ready.
• Manage customer artwork files, logos and brand assets in CRM.
• Balance concept-driven work with production design to keep projects moving.
