Meridian, Idaho | Full-Time | $26.00/hr-$28.00/hr
Make Brands More Interesting.
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who wants to do more than make things look good. We want someone who can take an idea, push it further and turn it into creative work that feels thoughtful, current, and right for our client's brands.
Some days that means developing a merch concept or apparel collection. Others, it’s building a customer presentation, creating campaign graphics, or preparing production artwork that needs to work in the real world.
Your job is to make the idea better, and make sure it can actually be made.
Your Mission
Turn ideas into creative, brand-right work people actually want to see, wear and use.
You’ll work directly with our Marketing & Creative Director and alongside Sales and Account Coordinators to develop creative concepts, elevate customer presentations, and bring stronger visual thinking to branded merchandise, commercial print, and apparel work.
What You'll Do
Who We’re Looking For
Experience with promotional products, apparel, print, packaging or branded merchandise is valuable, but we’re most interested in a designer who is creatively curious, technically strong and excited to make the work better.
How You’ll Know You’re Winning
This is a full-time, hourly position paying $26–$28 per hour, based on experience.
Benefits include paid leave, paid holidays, health, vision and dental insurance, 401(k), and more.
Why SOLV?
We make a lot of things at SOLV—from branded merchandise and apparel to print, company stores, direct mail and fulfillment.
But what makes the work interesting isn’t the stuff itself. It’s figuring out what should exist in the first place and finding a way to make it real.
That’s why we want people who ask better questions, find the smarter answer and own the outcome.
We’ve been doing this for more than 50 years, but we’re still small enough that your ideas matter, your work gets noticed and you can have a real impact on where we go next.
If you like creating opportunities, building relationships and helping customers push what’s possible, we’d like to meet you.
