Our team comprises over 900 employees globally, and our work for ambitious brands like Apple, Nike, Sephora, Experian, Therabody, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Creed Fragrances, BNY, Intuit, CKE Restaurants, Travelex, and Whole Foods spans 85+ countries.

Who You Will Be Working With

As our Brand Media Senior Associate, you’ll join a talented and collaborative team dedicated to crafting innovative and impactful media strategies for our clients. Our department thrives on creativity, data‑driven decision‑making, and a passion for delivering meaningful results. You’ll work alongside cross‑functional teams, media professionals, and third‑party publishers, building relationships and driving campaigns that make a difference.

This is a team that values fresh perspectives, celebrates diverse skill sets, and supports each other’s growth. Together, we explore new approaches to solving challenges, push the boundaries of what’s possible, and create campaigns that resonate. In your role, you’ll guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and development while ensuring we continue to exceed client expectations. Your leadership and strategic vision will play a key role in helping brands connect with their audiences and drive lasting results.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Take the lead on day‑to‑day execution of cross‑channel media campaigns, ensuring everything aligns with client goals and strategies.
  • Manage core media operations, including partner coordination, campaign optimization, and performance analysis across various channels.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with media partners, working collaboratively to develop creative and effective campaigns.
  • Analyze data and research to identify the best partners for reaching target audiences, leveraging performance history and audience insights to guide decisions.
  • Contribute to the RFP process, evaluate proposals, negotiate rates, and help design bespoke campaigns tailored to client needs.
  • Share campaign performance updates and actionable insights with both clients and internal teams.
  • Get hands‑on with high‑impact projects, helping to drive innovation and success for client campaigns.
  • Share your knowledge by mentoring junior team members, equipping them with best practices in Brand Media.
  • The primary focus of this role is the Brand Media channel. However, responsibilities may extend across other media channels as needed to support broader business priorities.
  • Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision‑making in their role.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years in digital media strategy, campaign management, media partnerships, or a related field, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in Account Planning and Brand Media, empowering you to lead strategic and impactful campaigns.
  • Hands‑on experience with Content Creation, supporting effective media operations and delivering compelling storytelling in partnership with media publishers.
  • Ability to work on a cross‑functional team to ensure cohesive, 360‑degree media strategies.
  • A strong command of Marketing Metrics, Planning & Analysis, and Market Research & Consumer Behavior to drive data‑informed strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel to analyze data, provide actionable insights, and improve performance.
  • Advanced skills in relationship building, and fostering trusted partnerships with media platforms and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and success.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a customer‑focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
  • A dedication to people‑focused leadership, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth by leading by example and nurturing strong relationships that empower others to excel.
