Unitas Consulting LLC in Baton Rouge seeks a Brand and Marketing Specialist to elevate a client’s brand across websites, social, and events. This hands-on role collaborates with Category Specialists to drive growth, engagement, and market expansion through data-driven campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of marketing/graphic design experience, a BA in graphic design or marketing, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of marketing and/or graphic design experience.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing principles.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the product portfolio and growth objectives.
• Execute marketing concepts across websites, social media, trade shows, customer memberships, and industry events.
• Plan, coordinate, and support customer engagement initiatives, programs, and trade shows.
• Design and produce marketing materials—prints, digital collateral, event graphics, presentations, email campaigns, and social assets.
• Collaborate with customers to support private label marketing programs with data-driven recommendations and best practices.
