Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Marketing Design Specialist to support day-to-day marketing, communications and graphic design for corporate and market initiatives. You will create materials, presentations and digital content while ensuring brand consistency across channels.

The role collaborates with Senior Marketing Coordinators and a Senior Graphic Artist, and supports events, recruitment, client engagement, and analytics to drive growth and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, public relations, journalism or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting marketing, communications and graphic design activities within a professional services environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Support development and coordination of marketing collateral, presentations and ads.
• Draft, edit, proofread and distribute marketing and communications content.
• Coordinate conferences, industry events and sponsorships, including timelines and logistics.
• Update content across the company website, social media channels and internal platforms.
