Waters is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the transition of product branding, marketing content, and commercial assets as part of a multi-year transformation. You will collaborate across functions to review and update labels, packaging, and collateral.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in marketing operations or related roles, strong Excel skills, and experience with SharePoint and Office tools, in global matrixed environments within life sciences. On-site work is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, product support, project coordination, or related functions.
• Understanding of scientific product information and technical terminology.
• Experience working effectively within global matrixed environments.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with SharePoint and Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Review product labels and packaging against branding, naming conventions, and transition guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies, incomplete information, or inconsistencies requiring review.
• Document findings and maintain review records and tracking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reviews are completed per processes.
• Review brochures, flyers, presentations, datasheets, catalogs, and other materials for brand compliance.
• Identify assets that require updates, retirement, or replacement.
• Track review status and support prioritization of content updates.
• Maintain project trackers and dashboards to ensure all collateral is reviewed.
• Provide status updates across workstreams and coordinate with stakeholders.
