Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing operations, product support, project coordination, commercial operations, and/or related functions.
• Understanding of scientific product information and technical terminology.
• Experience working effectively within global matrixed environments.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience maintaining trackers, reports, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review product labels and packaging components against established branding, naming convention, and transition guidelines.
• Review brochures, flyers, presentations, datasheets, catalogs, and other customer-facing materials for brand compliance.
• Maintain project trackers and review dashboards, coordinate with stakeholders to gather information and provide status updates.
